Welcome to Coochiemudlo

Quiet beaches, red ochre cliffs, and a rich history define Coochiemudlo Island—an island oasis nestled in the sheltered waters of Moreton Bay, Queensland.

Commonly referred to by locals as "Coochie", this compact island spans just one square kilometer. Its unique position offers a calm, wind-protected sanctuary, rich in biodiversity, including dugongs, sea turtles, dolphins, and over 150 species of birds.
